Tar Heels Sweep ACC Season Field Hockey Honors

North Carolina swept the ACC field hockey awards for the 2018 season, with Ashley Hoffman named ACC Defensive Player of the Year for the second straight year; Erin Matson named ACC Offensive Player of the Year and Freshman of the Year; and Karen Shelton named ACC Coach of the Year. Hoffman and Matson were joined on the All-ACC first team by Eva van't Hoog.
