Spotlight on UNC WR Commit Welton Spottsville

Havelock football standout and UNC receiver commit Welton Spottsville is the newest WITN Pepsi Player of the Week. His Havelock Rams are the top-ranked team in 3-A, and the senior wide receiver is a big reason why. In his varsity career, Spottsville has amassed nearly 2,000 receiving yards and tallied 31 touchdowns. In fact, he was recently named to the 2018 Shrine Bowl. (WITN)
