How does UNC's non-conference road schedule compare to other blue blood basketball programs?
Posted Nov 2, 2018
As you look at UNC’s 2018-19 basketball schedule, something curious jumps off the page about the first two games. The Tar Heels begin their season playing back-to-back true non-conference road games – against Wofford and Elon. Playing away from home in the non-conference part of the schedule actually isn’t a strange outlier for Roy Williams and the Tar Heels.
