At 1-7 overall and 1-5 in the ACC, Larry Fedora’s greatest challenge might be North Carolina’s shrinking quarterback rotation. As it currently stands, he may be down to just one scholarship player at the position, junior Nathan Elliott, who has started seven of the Tar Heels’ eight games and has attempted 86 percent of the 303 passes UNC has thrown this season.
