Here’s some of the reaction from No. 8 North Carolina’s season-opening 78-67 victory Tuesday night at Wofford: Freshman point guard Coby White was in the starting lineup, with an eight-point, three-assist outing in nearly 24 minutes of court time. White, who’s from Goldsboro, said he embraced the setting because it signaled another chapter of his basketball career.
