UNC Basketball To Host Stanford In Home Opener On Monday

North Carolina is 101-7 all-time in home openers, winning 85 of its last 87 and 16 in a row. UNC has lost its home opener just twice since the 1928-29 season. UNC is 11-0 against the Cardinal, including a 96-72 win at Stanford last season. Stanford head coach Jerod Haase played for Roy Williams at Kansas and was an assistant coach/staff member at UNC from 2003-12. (GoHeels.com)
