During every play of every game, North Carolina coaches are keeping track and grading their players. They’re grading on assists, rebounding, offensive rebounding and screens, to name a few. This is part of an in-depth grading process Roy Williams and his staff use to reward their players, but also to have a better understanding of each individual performance.
