Tar Heels To Host Tennessee Tech Friday

North Carolina is one shy of its 200th non-conference win in the Dean E. Smith Center. The Tar Heels are 199-16 against non-ACC teams in the Smith Center since beginning play in the arena midway through the 1985-86 season. Carolina is 1-0 against Tennessee Tech, defeating the Golden Eagles, 85-59, in the Smith Center on 12/12/1999.
