Sam Perkins To Enter Collegiate Basketball Hall Of Fame Sunday

Three-time All-America Sam Perkins, a standout on some of Dean Smith's greatest teams at North Carolina, will be inducted into the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame on Sunday in Kansas City, Mo. Perkins came to UNC from Latham, N.Y., and graduated as the Tar Heels' all-time leading rebounder and shot blocker and the second-leading scorer behind only Phil Ford.
