UNC junior receiver and kick returner Anthony Ratliff-Williams will forego his final season of eligibility: "After sitting down with my Mom, Dad, and Sister to discuss my future, I have decided to forego my senior season at the University of North Carolina. I will now pursue my lifelong dream of playing football in the NFL and I have officially declared for the 2019 NFL Draft."
