Making the Case for Five-Star PF Vernon Carey

The top-ranked basketball recruit in the 2019 class, Vernon Carey, will announce his college decision Thursday. The five-star prospect is down to Duke, Michigan State and North Carolina, but which finalist needs him the most? The Tar Heels are not thought to be a major contender for Carey's commitment but they are in his final three so there is always a chance he could pick UNC.
