South View WR Emery Simmons commits to UNC again

South View High School wide receiver Emery Simmons has committed to UNC again. Simmons had previously made a verbal commitment to the Tar Heels but rescinded his commitment and committed to Penn State earlier this year. Simmons announced his latest commitment to the Tar Heels on Twitter on Saturday night. Simmons was one of the top receivers in the state this season. (High School OT)
