WR Emery Simmons: “I had been committed to UNC earlier, but at the time it didn’t feel like the best fit. That’s when I committed to Penn State. But once coach Brown and coach Brewster were back in the fold it changed the playing field. You’re talking about playing college football for a hall of fame coach who has won a national championship and is going to change the culture around UNC."
