Posted Dec 11, 2018
Mack Brown’s grandfather asked Mack what he wanted to do. “I want to be a college football coach and win a national championship,” Mack said. “Boy, you go out and do what you want to do, because if you’re happy, you’ll do it longer,” his grandfather replied. Fifty-seven years later, Brown entered the College Football Hall of Fame. (Note: Article pre-dates Brown's hiring at UNC)
