After spending six months committed to Pittsburgh, Khadry Jackson will end up signing with North Carolina. Jackson, a 6-foot-2, 190-pound linebacker from Windermere (Fla.) When Mack Brown became coach, he made Jackson a priority and recruiter Chad Scott went to work.
