Maye is the 77th player to score 1,000 points as a Tar Heel, the most in NCAA history (Cameron Johnson also has 1,000 plus career points; he scored 583 of them playing at Pitt for three seasons). 103 points are UNC's second-most against an AP top-five team (105 vs. No. 4 Louisville, 1972).
