As a member of one of six programs chosen by Michael Jordan to wear the Jumpman logo, Marcus Ginyard's size 14 footwear is only a tiny part of a multimillion-dollar relationship. For the players, it's about wearing the latest $150-dollar high-tops. For Carolina, it's about bringing millions of dollars into the program. For Nike, it's about selling billions of dollars in apparel.
