Andrew Miller finalized his two-year deal with St. Louis on Friday. Miller was a force for Cleveland after a midseason trade in 2016, earning AL Championship Series MVP for a team that pushed the Cubs to a World Series Game 7. Miller logged 19 1/3 innings that postseason while pitching in 10 of the Indians' 15 games, helping usher in an era of increased reliance on bullpens.
