Despite trailing by five points midway through the first half on Saturday, 14th-ranked North Carolina locked down on defense and put together a huge run to defeat the Davidson Wildcats in Chapel Hill, 82-60. Behind 17 points from Cameron Johnson, the Tar Heels were able to rebound strongly from last Saturday’s loss to Kentucky and get back into the win column.
