Quarterback Sam Howell felt the excitement on North Carolina’s campus the week before the Early Signing Period. The buzz regarding Mack Brown’s arrival sent electricity through Chapel Hill. “I love all those guys on the new coaching staff,” Howell said after All-American Bowl practice on Wednesday, where he'll play Saturday in a nationally televised game on NBC at 1 p.m. (ET).
