‘Big-time basketball’ awaits UNC

It’s a new year, but the same old story for the Tar Heels. No. 15 North Carolina closed its nonconference schedule with a convincing 77-57 win against Harvard on Wednesday at the Smith Center. But problems persist for the Tar Heels entering Atlantic Coast Conference play. “It’s big-time basketball in front of us now,” coach Roy Williams said. “We have to play better.”
