Report: UNC Football Adds Scott Boone, Retains Robert Gillespie On Coaching Staff


has taken two further steps in finalizing his coaching staff at North Carolina, according to multiple sources. Scott Boone, a 35-year coaching veteran who spent the 2018 season as an offensive analyst for Wake Forest, will serve as special teams coordinator and a defensive assistant, while Robert Gillespie will remain on staff as running backs coach.
