UNC QB signee Sam Howell shows off legs in All-American TD scramble

North Carolina football fans got a taste of the future Saturday when quarterback signee Sam Howell turned on the jets at the U.S. Army All-American Bowl. Howell, after keeping the ball on a read-option snap, shook multiple defenders during a 24-yard scamper to the end zone. Howell was one of the gems of the early signing period for new UNC coach Mack Brown.
