Since taking over North Carolina’s men’s basketball program ahead of the 2003-04 season, Roy Williams has led the Tar Heels to 28 wins against the Wolfpack, including 13 wins in Raleigh. But none of that will matter in Tuesday’s showdown at PNC Arena, where the 12th-ranked Tar Heels and 15th-ranked Wolfpack are meeting as ranked foes for the first time since 2006.
