Talk about your transition from playing to now being involved in football operations and recruiting at FIU. Bryn Renner: I love it, my dad was a high school coach for 33 years. He coached me in high school, and I thought this is exactly what I want to do. My career path in the NFL and being around really good quarterbacks has helped me a lot.
