What are UNC's chances with Precious Achiuwa?

North Carolina would love to add someone like Precious Achiuwa, a five-star forward and one of the top available recruits, but I do not see it in the cards. The Tar Heels offered last week and the promising part for UNC is that he has yet to take an official visit, so the Tar Heels have some room to make their move. But I would still give their chances with him at less than 20 percent.
