At some point in the wee hours of Wednesday morning, Cameron Johnson’s hopes of his cramping calves slowly refreshing were likely also met with a stomach experiencing some turmoil. Those were Johnson’s expectations, anyway, following UNC’s win over N.C. State on Tuesday, a game in which he missed the final 12 minutes because both calves cramped.
