Heels Neutralize Irish Ball Screens in Defensive Win

Notre Dame was successful early with its pistol ball screen, in which a shooter is positioned one station over as a secondary option if the help side defender is slow to recover. The key to stopping the pistol, according to Coby White, is for the guard in play to get over the screen faster, and limit the amount of time the big has to hedge or the help defender has to hold.
