All-American Bowl Highlights: UNC QB signee Sam Howell

Monroe (N.C.) Sun Valley four-star quarterback and North Carolina signee Sam Howell made his way to San Antonio last week for the 2019 All-American Bowl and put on a show all week long. He was strong during practice, showed that he rightfully belonged among the nation's elite quarteback prospects and threw the ball arguably better than anyone in attendance. (Inside Carolina)
