When Danny Green was filled curiosity as a child, he and his two brothers were at his grandmother's Long Island home all the time, while their dad, Daniel Green Sr. was working three jobs to try to make ends meet. It was a different kind of outlet for the Green brothers. Surrounded by sports in a family of athletes, a house that could moonlight as a zoo tickled the senses.
