Tar Heel bombs flatten No. 10 Hokes, 103-82

The Smith Center crowd didn’t see it in the first five minutes against the Hokies , who jumped out to a nine-point lead as the Tar Heels missed 11 of their first 12 shots from behind the arc. But groans turned to cheers from that point on as the Tar Heels ripped the net on 15 of their final 22 3-point attempts and used a 20-0 run at the end of the first half to take command.
