Roy Williams Live: Hubert Davis' Career Path

Seven years ago, Hubert Davis was asked by North Carolina head coach Roy Williams to join his basketball coaching staff in Chapel Hill. Davis had to make a decision between staying in his job as a basketball analyst at ESPN or becoming an assistant coach at his alma mater. There was no hesitation in his decision to work for the man that recruited him as a 16-year-old.
