Breaking down UNC football's potential starters at quarterback

Last season, five different players took snaps at quarterback for UNC. All but one of those guys – walk-on Manny Miles – will play in 2019 and so will early enrollee Sam Howell, a four-star recruit touted as one of the best pocket passers in the country. UNC certainly has quarterbacks – but does it have the quarterback, someone head and shoulders above the rest?
