2019 DB Don Chapman sets commitment date

San Diego (Calif.) Lincoln defensive back Don Chapman will announce this weekend. It has been somewhat of a whirlwind recruitment for Chapman but it will be coming to an end very soon. “I’m going to commit at our football banquet this Sunday,” Chapman said. The talented safety took an official visit to North Carolina two weeks ago and loved his time in Chapel Hill. (247 Sports)
