No. 3 UNC Women's Tennis Blanks Princeton, Will Defend ITA Indoor Crown

No. 3 North Carolina women's tennis will defend its 2018 ITA National Team Indoor Championship after wrapping up the ITA Kick-Off Weekend with a 4-0 shutout of Princeton at the Cone-Kenfield Tennis Center. Sunday's victory places the Tar Heels in the national indoor field of 16 that will compete Feb. 8-11 in Seattle. In singles, Jessie Aney won in straight sets, 6-1, 6-2.
