The Tar Heels have signed five-star big man Armando Bacot and four-star point guard Jeremiah Francis. The country's top point guard, Cole Anthony, and five-star forwards Precious Achiuwa and Keion Brooks also remain in play. Most consider North Carolina and Oregon to be the leaders for Anthony. Land Anthony and UNC's class likely moves into the top 10.
