The rap on Bobby Frasor early in the season was that he could be pressured into turnovers, but he ended the regular season with 125 assists vs. 69 turnovers. A turning point came early in the second half of the Tar Heels' victory over N.C. State. Roy Williams pulled him out of the game and said, "This is a big league, not Chicago City League. If you're going to be a conscientious objector, stay here. If you're going to be a basketball player, you've got to fight through those things." Frasor responded with 15 second-half points and aggressive play the rest of the season.
