Teams try to dismiss Wolfpack’s woes

The talking point prior to Tuesday’s UNC vs NC State game is the historically bad offense from N.C. State in its most recent game. Roy Williams said Monday he wouldn’t bother watching the Wolfpack’s 47-24 loss to Virginia Tech. “I noticed it,” Williams said of the low scoring. “They’ll score 90 against us. Beverly will make his first 12 and he’ll be 50 percent.”
