T.J. Yates Added to Houston Texans Coaching Staff

The Houston Texans have hired former UNC quarterback T.J. Yates to their coaching staff as an offensive assistant. Yates was a fifth-round draft pick by the Texans in 2011 and spent parts of five seasons with the team–primarily as a backup. He last played during the 2017 season, starting three games for Houston following a torn ACL to starter Deshaun Watson.
