Signed to UNC Class of 2019: Don Chapman

Defensive back Don Chapman committed to Colorado in July. In spite of that, he officially visited Washington State on Oct. 19. A month later, he withdrew his commitment to the Buffaloes and committed to the Cougars. When he declined to sign during the Early Signing Period, WSU voided his scholarship offer. UNC then offered, which resulted in a commitment to the Tar Heels. (Inside Carolina)
