When the ball tipped at 7 p.m. Monday, the packed house at the Dean Smith Center — an ocean of Carolina blue — stood and roared, hungry for Wahoo blood. Kyle Guy and the Cavaliers had other ideas. The junior hit two 3-pointers in the final two minutes, lifting Virginia to a 69-61 victory and helping coach Tony Bennett’s team avoid a two-game losing streak.
