Ike Freeman, Will Sandy Shine as No. 5 UNC Baseball takes down Xavier 12-3


No. 5 North Carolina extended its nation's-best home win streak to 19 games after defeating Xavier 12-3 Friday in the season opener. Freshman picked up the win for the Tar Heels after pitching 4.2 innings, allowing one hit, and giving up no runs while striking out five.
