North Carolina forward Cameron Johnson drew an interesting comparison from Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski. “He reminds me a little bit of Klay Thompson in that he doesn’t need to dribble,” Krzyzewski said. Thompson, a five-time NBA All-Star for the Golden State Warriors this season, once scored 60 points in a game while dribbling the ball just 11 times.
