It’s not often a former president of the United States stops by your locker room before a rivalry game. And it’s not often that your night gets better after getting a pep talk from Barack Obama. But somehow, that’s what happened for North Carolina on a most-unusual night in a most-unusual rivalry as the Tar Heels cruised to an 88-72 victory over Duke.
