Coach K burns Joey Baker’s redshirt, plays him against Syracuse

With four games left in the regular season, Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski burned Joey Baker’s redshirt and put him in the first half at Syracuse. After committing in the 2019 class, the 6-foot-7 forward from Trinity Christian School (NC) reclassified to the 2018 class and seemed set to redshirt. Baker hadn’t played all season before the Syracuse game.
