UNC ties for 12th for Fulbright U.S. student awards among research universities

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill tied for 12th among research universities with the most students receiving Fulbright awards for 2018-2019. UNC-Chapel Hill had 16 student recipients for the year. Between 1973 and 2015, more than 250 students from UNC received Fulbright Student Awards grants to research, study and teach abroad.
