Pirates third baseman Colin Moran is his toughest critic, knows he has to improve in 2019

Colin Moran’s 2019 season likely will be defined by his ability to forget and break bad habits. The Pittsburgh Pirates infielder had a minus-8 defensive runs saved and a .968 fielding percentage in his first big-league season. Fangraphs had Moran ranked 18th of 19 qualifying third basemen. Moran doesn’t need those metrics to know he has to improve.
