UNC women drag heels initially but finish fine

North Carolina's opening game of the ACC Tournament had a bit of everything the Tar Heels like and a bit of everything the Tar Heels need. There was strong play from the post, aggressive rebounding, good balance among the Heels' "L" players -- Latta, Little, Larkins, La'Tangela and LaToya -- and an 82-56 win over Virginia.
