UNC's New Strength & Conditioning Program Focused on Detail, Competition

The football-related conditioning echos what Mack Brown said on Friday about what he wanted in a strength and conditioning coach and the type of program he would run. “We wanted a guy that could individualize each position," Brown said. "We wanted somebody who related each thing they did in stretching and in lifting and in conditioning to football."
