Though Roy Williams' back is aching, you won't hear him complain. Winning is a powerful anaesthetic for a coach. Williams hurt his back Dec. 7 while bending to pick up a pair of shoes. The pain prevented him from running the floor in practice and toned down his fiery exterior. But it hasn't diminished his enthusiasm for his team.
